Saturday and Sunday were a wreck. Sunday was not more tame than Saturday - there was a lot of drinking and eating of baked goods.
However, the progress photo show that I'm still losing in the right places . Note how I 'gained' weight this week, but I didn't gain fat. I probably just replenished my store of carbohydrates in my muscles. I'm not justifying the weekend - it was appalling. However, it doesn't seemed to have wrecked my progress too much.
Next week we are moving and I'll be doing most of the packing, I'll keep the Calories low and be in damage repair mode.
