The Problem: I lost 20lbs on my own after retiring, however, I was unable to put on any muscle and repeatedly injured myself while trying to do so. I didn't know the correct form for certain exercise and the diet changes I need to make to gain muscle. I was frustrated with always being sore and hurt - and still not gaining muscle! Furthermore, the pain in my shoulder would make it hard to sleep, especially on my side.
What did Alex do: Alex introduced a new style of training that gave a greater stimulus to my muscles to grow. He also examined my shoulder and created a plan to eliminate my pain.

Since working with Alex I have: Improved my overall conditioning, lost more fat, strengthened my shoulders, arms, chest and legs, felt better and slept better, and become so much stronger (including a 300lb Barbell Deadlift).
